If you’re going to spend lots of time in Chalkup, you might be interested in personalizing that mug of yours, which appears every time you post a comment. Or perhaps you’d like to color-code your classes and add some flair so you can distinguish world history from world literature. Here are a few tips for personalizing your account.

To change your profile photo, click on your picture in the bottom left corner of your navigation. Next, select “Account” from the drop-down menu.

You’ll see options for changing your profile photo under your name. Select “Change Profile Photo” and upload any .jpg or .png that is under 5 MB. Selfies, class portraits, cartoon renderings, and action shots from the big game all accepted.

For color-coding your classes, click on any course. You’ll see a small arrow next to the name of the course on the left-hand side of your screen. When clicked, a drop-down menu will give you an “Edit Course Info” option. That’s what we want.

Here, you can mix and match colors and icons to help you distinguish each class.
